1. General Conditions

LuxeFlora.co is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform specializing in the supply of high-fidelity artificial flowers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Representation

  • Handmade Nature: Many of our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, size, and petal placement are normal and contribute to the lifelike appearance of the flowers.

  • Color Discrepancy: While we strive to display colors as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly due to digital monitor settings or dye lot variations in production.

  • Moisturizing/Real-Touch Texture: Products labeled “Real-Touch” involve specific coating processes. Please follow care instructions to maintain the texture.

3. Wholesale Pricing & Quotes

  • Validity: All quotes provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on raw material costs or exchange rate fluctuations without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer (T/T), XTransfer, and PayPal (for sample orders).

  • Deposit: For bulk orders, a 30% to 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

  • Transaction Fees: Any banking or intermediary fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Production & Lead Time

  • In-Stock Items: Usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Lead times for large bulk or custom-dyed orders generally range from 15 to 30 days, depending on the season and quantity.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Incoterms: Standard shipments are handled under EXW or FOB terms unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is specifically arranged.

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times provided are estimates. LuxeFlora is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics strikes, or other force majeure events.

  • Title Transfer: The risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the designated carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, high-fidelity images, and product descriptions, is the property of LuxeFlora.co. Authorized wholesale partners may use our images for marketing purposes only with our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or in the competent courts of China.
