Ordering & Payment

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as production hasn’t started. For in-stock items, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Yes! We offer tiered wholesale pricing for B2B clients:
- 10–49 units: 10% discount
- 50–99 units: 15% discount
- 100+ units: 20%+ discount (negotiable)

Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 30–45 business days. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes 9–15 business days. For very large orders (50+ panels), we recommend sea freight which takes 30–45 days but is significantly cheaper. All orders include a tracking number.
Yes, we ship to 50+ countries.
Import duties vary by country and product value. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We can adjust commercial invoice values for larger orders — contact us to discuss.
Products & Quality
Our PE (Real Touch) range includes UV-resistant options suitable for short-term outdoor use. Standard silk products are best suited for indoor use or sheltered outdoor areas. Please check the individual product page for outdoor suitability details.
Our PE Real Touch range is virtually indistinguishable from fresh flowers in photographs and to the naked eye. Our silk range has a more classic artificial look but photographs beautifully. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before your bulk order.
Absolutely. Sample orders are encouraged for B2B clients. You can order individual panels or single stems at regular retail price. Once you’re satisfied with quality and place a bulk order, we credit your sample cost against the order.
